The Greater New York Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America (NY ACCA) and the firm of Stroz Friedberg, LLC this month are planning a CLE seminar titled Data Breach Notification.
The program is scheduled for Monday, November 6 from 8:30 to 10 a.m. at the Penn Club, 30 West 44th Street, New York City.
This discussion will describe how companies should navigate the technical, strategic, and legal issues involved in complying with data breach notification statutes and how companies can preventatively secure their data against loss.
The featured speakers will be Eric M. Friedberg, partner and general counsel for Stroz Friedberg, LLC and Terri Austin, chief compliance officer for the Domestic Brokerage Group of AIG, Inc.
