Seminar Will Offer Advice On Managing Work More Efficiently

How to Manage Work in Today's Law Practice is the title of a CLE seminar planned for this month by the State Bar of Indiana.

The program will take place on Tuesday, March 20 from 8:55 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the ICLEF Conference Facility, 230 East Ohio Street, Indianapolis, IN.

The best legal knowledge is of no use unless managed for thorough application and timely delivery. Managing a law practice requires a set of skills different from (but complementary to) creating good legal advice. This course provides specific and practical tactics for handling those challenging elements of "managing a practice" that seem to detract from the "real work" of creating good legal advice. This course provides proven, practical ways to manage the law practice better.

The featured speaker is Gary Richards, CLE course designer and law practice management consultant.
