The State Bar of Texas this month is offering a CLE seminar titled Winning Before Trial.
The program will take place on Thursday, March 29 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Marriott Las Colinas, 223 West Las Colinas Boulevard, Irving, TX.
The session will examine topics such as: Straight Talk About Litigation; Discovery Update; Pre-Trial Motions; Taking and Giving Depositions; The Trial Notebook - 30 Days Out; When You Need Co-counsel; Mediation and Arbitration, and Computer Forensics for Lawyers Who Can't Set the Clock on a VCR.
The program chair is Baynetta M. Jordan, Turner & Jordan. Among the speakers are the Hon. John K. Dietz, judge, 250th Texas District Court, and Susan Saab Fortney, professor of law, Texas Tech University School of Law.
