Seminar Will Focus On Trial Evidence

The Ohio State Bar Association (OSBA) this month is offering a CLE seminar titled Trial Evidence for Ohio Practitioners in two locations.

The program will take place on Tuesday, December 5 at the OSBA headquarters, 1700 Lake Shore Drive, Columbus, OH and on Wednesday, December 13 at the Forum Conference Center, East Ninth and St. Clair streets, Cleveland. Sessions run from 8:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. at each location.

Discussion topics will include: Demonstrative Evidence, Documentary Evidence and a Multitude of Sins; Witnesses; Hearsay; Expert Testimony; Admissibility, and Practice Issues.

Among the speakers are Thomas L. Long, Baker & Hostetler, LLP; William G. Porter II, Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP, and Brian G. Selden, Jones Day.
