Seminar Will Explore Use Of ADR In Wisconsin Construction Cases

The State Bar of Wisconsin is planning a CLE seminar titled Construction Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution.

The program will take place on Wednesday, November 14 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:25 p.m. at the Radisson Milwaukee West, 2303 North Mayfair Road, Milwaukee, WI.

Among the discussion topics will be: Construction Contract and Practices Basics; Controversial Contract Clauses and Why; Typical Construction Disputes; Overview of Wisconsin Arbitration Law Applied to Construction Disputes; Arbitrator Selection and Ethical Considerations; Preparing for and Conducting the Pre-Hearing Process; the Hearing Process, and Deliberation and Award.
