The State Bar of Georgia is planning a CLE seminar titled Construction Mechanics' and Materialmen's Liens.
The program is scheduled for Thursday, May 15 from 8:25 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the State Bar of Georgia headquarters, 104 Marietta Street, NW, Atlanta.
Among the discussion topics will be: Legislative Revisions to Georgia Lien Laws; Statutory Requirements for Claiming and Perfecting Construction Liens; Ethics in Construction Liens and Litigation; Payment Bond Claims and Defenses on Public Projects, and Perfection and Enforcement of Georgia Construction Liens in Bankruptcy.
