Seminar Will ExploreInsurance Law In Texas

The University of Texas School of Law has scheduled its 12th Annual Insurance Law Institute.

The program will take place on Wednesday-Friday, October 10-12 at the Hyatt Regency on Town Lake, 208 Barton Springs Road, Austin, TX. Presentations will run from 6 to 8:15 p.m. on day one, from 8:50 a.m. to 5 p.m. on day two, and from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on day three.

Discussions will examine issues including: On Your Mark: Getting Stared With Insurance Coverage; A Practical Approach to Concurrent Causation; The History of Article 21.21 of the Texas Insurance Code; Post-Litigation Bad Faith Issues; Myths, Mistakes and Misconceptions; Declaratory Judgment Actions; Game Time! Whaddaya Know About Coverage? and Policy Buybacks: The Perks and the Pitfalls.
