Seminar Will Explore European M&A Antitrust

The Greater New York Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America and the firm of Simmons & Simmons are planning a CLE seminar titled Key Corporate and Antitrust Issues in Public and Private European M&A.

The program will take place on Tuesday, September 18 from 3:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Harvard Club, 27 West 44th Street, New York City.

The seminar will give an overview of the key corporate and antitrust issues that may arise when making acquisitions of European companies. The seminar will be chaired by Jeffrey Sherman, general counsel, Becton Dickinson. Other speakers will include Charles Bankes, Ulrich Brauer, Mark Curtis and Tony Woodgate, all of the International Corporate Group, Simmons & Simmons.
