Seminar Will Explore Cross Border Disputes

The Greater New York Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America, The Directors Roundtable and PricewaterhouseCoopers this month are preparing a CLE seminar titled Cross Border Disputes: Myths, Realities & Challenges.

The program will take place on Tuesday, February 6 from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. at The Harvard Club, 35 West 44th Street, New York City.

Speakers will be Josefa Sicard-Mirabal, director of arbitration and ADR in North America, International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce; Gerald Aksen, Thelen Reid Brown Raysman & Steiner LLP; Donald Francis Donovan, Debevoise & Plimpton LLP; Roland Schroeder, senior counsel for litigation and legal policy, General Electric Company, and Ted Martens, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
