Seminar Will Explore CA Efforts To Deal With Global Warming

The Bar Association of San Francisco is planning a CLE seminar titled CEQA and Climate Change.

The session is scheduled for Tuesday, March 18 from noon to 1 p.m. at the BASF Conference Center, 301 Battery Street, San Francisco. Registration begins at 11:30 a.m.

Speakers will present an introductory overview of California's legislative efforts to curb global warming, and will discuss a report on emerging standards for analyzing and mitigating greenhouse gas emissions impacts pursuant to CEQA.

The speakers will be Panama Bartholomy, California Energy Commission, and Dr. Michael Wara, Holland & Knight LLP.
