Seminar Will ExamineTrial Issues In The Digital Age

The Oklahoma Bar Association has scheduled a video replay of a CLE seminar titled Litigation and Trials in the Digital Age.

The program will take place on Tuesday, February 12 from 9 a.m. to 2:50 p.m. at the Oklahoma Bar Center, Oklahoma City, OK. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m.

The session reviews topics such as: Location and Preservation of Electronic Evidence; Electronic Discovery Issues; Use and Admission of Electronic Discovery in Pretrial and Trial Hearings; Effective Use and Presentation of Electronic Evidence, and Views From the Bench.
