The program, co-sponsored by Patton Boggs LLP and Navigant Consulting, will take place on Tuesday, November 6 at the Cornell Club, 6 East 44th Street, New York City. Time is to be announced.
The featured speaker will be DeMaurice F. Smith, Patton Boggs. He will attempt to answer question including: What will be the Congressional response to the Sub Prime Mortgage crisis? Will my company be the target of a Congressional Investigation? What is the focus of the SEC, the Department of Justice and other regulators as it relates to my company and our executives? What are our liability exposures for class actions, shareholder derivative litigation, or investigations by the SEC or U.S. Attorney's Office?
