Seminar Will Examine Ohio Construction Law

The Ohio State Bar Association (OSBA) is planning a session titled 2007 Construction Law Forum.

The program will take place on Wednesday, September 19 from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the OSBA offices, 1700 Lake Shore Drive, Columbus, OH.

Discussion topics will include: Dugan & Myers, Inc. v. Ohio Department of Administrative Services - The Facts, Rulings, and Impact on Ohio Construction Law and Practice; Life After Dugan & Myers for the General Contractor; Representing the Project Owner in Ohio; Representing the Design Professional and Subcontractor in Ohio; Key Contract Provisions and Project Payment Remedies in Ohio, and Updates and Current Issues in Ohio Construction Law.
