Seminar Will Examine NYS Civil Practice Rules

The New York County Lawyers Association has scheduled a CLE seminar titled CPLR Update.

The program will take place on Thursday, February 28 from 6 to 9 p.m. at the NYCLA Home of Law, 14 Vesey Street, New York City.

The featured speaker is Richard T. Farrell, Distinguished Service Professor of Law, Brooklyn Law School. Professor Farrell, one of the foremost authorities on New York Civil Practice Law and Rules, will identify and explain recent developments in civil procedure. Some of the topics to be covered include: motion practice; statutes of limitations; jurisdiction; pleadings; disclosure, and appeals.
