Seminar Will Examine Negotiation Ethics

The Colorado Bar Association this month has scheduled a CLE seminar titled Ethics in Negotiation and Mediation.

The program will take place on Thursday, February 15, from 8:55 a.m. to noon at the CBA-CLE Classroom, 1900 Grant Street, Denver. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m.

The seminar offers an insightful and timely presentation of ethical issues in negotiation and mediation, followed by a panel discussion among a group of ADR professionals and litigators. This program explores the boundaries of accepted conventions, puffing and bluffing, zealous advocacy, and other ethical concerns in mediation and negotiation.

Among the speakers are O. Russell Murray, ADRcom.com; Robert E. Benson, Holland and Hart LLP; Steve C. Briggs, Judicial Arbiter Group, and the Hon. Edward Charles Moss, district judge, 17th Colorado Judicial District.
