Seminar Will Examine Litigation Management

WESFACCA this month has scheduled a CLE seminar titled Are We There Yet? - Meeting Our Litigation & Data Management Obligations.

The program will take place on Wednesday, February 28 from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the Woodway Country Club, Darien, CT. Registration starts at 9 a.m.

Discussion topics will include: governance ramifications: EDD litigation readiness as a board level obligation; compliance ramifications: brief overview of new federal rules relating to ESI; litigator's point of view: dangers of using "claw backs" and "sneak-a-peaks"; EDD vendor's point of view: what to look for in an EDD vendor, and boardroom intelligence: example of a data management option for use in the boardroom.

The featured speaker will be Johnnie Jackson, Barton Barton & Plotkin (former general counsel at Olin Corporation).
