Seminar Will Examine Employment Issues Unique To San Francisco Employers

The Bar Association of San Francisco (BASF) has scheduled a CLE seminar titled Only in San Francisco - Special Requirements for Employers in San Francisco.

The program will take place on Thursday, November 15 from noon to 1:30 p.m. at the BASF Conference Center, 301 Battery Street, San Francisco. Registration begins at 11:30 a.m.

Panelists will explore issues such as: San Francisco Sick Leave Ordinance; The New Health Insurance Ordinance; Prohibition Against Gender Identity Discrimination; The Domestic Partner Ordinance; The Displaced Workers Protection Act; Drug Testing and Privacy, and Lesser Known Ordinances Affecting San Francisco Employers.

Speakers will be Wendy Lazerson, Bingham McCutchen LLP, and Robert Kristoff, Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP.
