The DC Bar Association this month is planning a CLE seminar titled Understanding the Intricacies of the Attorney-Client Privilege.
The program will take place on Thursday, December 14 from 6 to 9:15 p.m. at the DC Bar Conference Center, 1250 H Street, NW, Washington, DC.
The course will explain the intricacies of the attorney-client privilege in a practical context. In addition, exceptions to the attorney-client privilege and concepts of waiver will be examined.
The speaker will be James M. Cole, Bryan Cave LLP.
