London-based solicitor Kendall Freeman will host a seminar titled International Anti-corruption and the Development of Class Action in the EU on behalf of the Greater New York Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America.
The program will take place on Tuesday, October 2 at a time to be announced at the Harvard Club, 27 West 44th Street, New York City.
Kendall Freeman attorneys will explain lessons learned from acting for companies and governments seeking to trace and recover improper payments.
Speakers Laurence Harris and Colin Joseph also will discuss whether the introduction of class actions and contingency fees across Europe indicates the beginning of U.S.-style litigation in the E.U.
