Seminar Will Evaluate Success Of Corporate ADR Programs

The Colorado Bar Association (CBA) has scheduled a video replay of a CLE seminar titled ADR in the Workplace: A View From Inside Corporate America.

The program will take place on Wednesday, November 28 from 9 a.m. to 12:55 p.m. at the CLECI Small Classroom. 1900 Grant Street, Denver.

In this program, participants will learn how to implement an ADR program that will help control costs and risks associated with employment related disputes. The program includes real-world examples of successful ADR programs. Haliburton Assistant General Counsel William L. Bedman is the program's keynote speaker and he will address the success of the ADR program that has been in use by Haliburton since 1992.

The program chair is Kathryn E. Miller, Littleton Alternative Dispute Resolution, Ltd. Among other speakers are William J. Baum Jr., general counsel and assistant secretary, Intrawest Colorado, and Richard R. Ross, senior associate general counsel, Anheuser-Busch Companies.
