Massachusetts CLE this month is planning a CLE seminar titled LLCs Demystified.
The program will take place on Wednesday, March 14 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the MCLE Conference Center, 10 Winter Place, Boston.
The focus of the program is on the fundamentals of LLCs, offering practical advice on the selection of business entities, and operating and advising LLCs. The program chair is Karl P. Fryzel, Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge LLP.
