Seminar To Review White Collar Crime

The State Bar of Georgia is offering a CLE seminar titled White Collar Crime Conference.

The program will take place on Friday, February 8 from 8:25 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Four Seasons Hotel, 75 14th Street, Atlanta.

Among the discussion topics will be: Wanderlust at DOJ: Issues in International Investigations; Slugging It Out in the Court of Public Opinion: Keeping the Ethics Gloves On; Not Your father's Overhead Projector: Effective Use of Technology at Trial; The Art of the Game: Opening Statements and Closing Argument in Fraud Trials, and A White Collar and Steel Cuffs: Negotiating Global Settlements for Companies and Their Executives.
