Seminar To Review Pretrial Practice In Texas Bankruptcy Litigation

The University of Texas School of Law early next month is planning a two-day CLE seminar titled 2007 Bankruptcy Litigation: Pretrial Practice and Procedure Workshop.

The program will take place on Thursday and Friday, February 1 and 2 at the Center for American and International Law, 5201 Democracy Drive, Plano, TX. Sessions will run from 8:50 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. on the first day and from 8:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. on the second day.

The workshop includes participation by leading bankruptcy judges and practitioners. Using a unique fact pattern and commentary, conference presenters will teach optimal pretrial litigation practice, procedure and decisions. The conference is considered ideal for beginning or intermediate attorneys.
