The William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas this month will present a seminar titled Rethinking the Federal Arbitration Act: An Examination of Whether and How the Statute Should Be Amended.
The program will take place on Friday, January 26 from 8 a.m. to 4:40 p.m. at the Boyd School of Law, 4505 Maryland Parkway, Las Vegas.
Among the speakers are Amy J. Schmitz, professor, University of Colorado School of law; Stephen J. Ware, professor, University of Kansas School of Law; Sarah R. Cole, professor, Ohio State University Michael Moritz College of Law, and Katherine Stone, professor, UCLA.
