Massachusetts CLE will present a CLE seminar titled Hot Topics in Employment Discrimination Law.
The program will take place on Wednesday, February 27 from 1 to 5 p.m. at the MCLE Conference Center, 10 Winter Place, Boston.
Attendees will learn about compliance directives from the Equal Employment Opportunities Commission on unlawful disparate treatment of workers with caregiving responsibilities, and the MCAD's advice to employers regarding the Massachusetts Maternity Leave Act.
