The Securities Litigation Section of the Bar Association of San Francisco this month is planning a CLE seminar titled Securities Litigation 2006: The Year in Review.
The program will take place on Wednesday, December 13 from noon to 1 p.m. at The Bankers Club, 555 California Street, San Francisco.
Panelists will review the year's major developments including: the Enron verdict; the Milberg indictment, and options backdating casess.
The program moderator will be Jim Finberg, Leiff Cabraser Helmann & Bernstein. Among the speakers are Sara Brody, Heller Ehrman; Boris Feldman, Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati PC, and Joe Tabacco, Berman DeValerio Pease Tabacco Bury & Pucillo.
