Massachusetts CLE this month has scheduled a CLE seminar titled How to Protect & Preserve IP Assets.
The program will take place on Tuesday, March 13 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the MCLE Conference Center, 10 Winter Place, Boston.
Attendees will learn how to reduce the risk in new product or service development, handle threats of litigation, develop an intellectual property protection strategy, make use of intellectual property, and prepare for and execute an intellectual property due diligence.
Speakers will be Thomas F. Holt, Tara C. Clancy and Christine C. Vito, K&L Gates, and Pamela Deneke Ariniello, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
