The New York City Bar Association will present a CLE seminar titled Real World Document Drafting: Form, Style & Substance on Thursday, July 26.
The program will take place from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the House of the Association, 42 West 44th Street, New York City.
This program integrates the legal principles, skills, and experience related to negotiating and drafting a range of contracts. The focus is on producing readily comprehended legal documents that can serve as roadmaps for business relationships and can reduce the possibility of related litigation.
