Seminar To Explore What In-House Counsel Should Know About Criminal Law

Massachusetts CLE is planning a CLE seminar titled What Every In-House Counsel Should Know About Criminal Law.

The program will take place on Tuesday, January 29 from 1 to 5 p.m. at the Burlington Hilton Garden Inn, 5 Wheeler Road, Burlington, MA.

This program is for in-house lawyers at every level in corporations of every type and size. In-house counsel can be confronted with criminal law issues unexpectedly and in many different contexts.

Often, the in-house lawyer has to make critical decisions with huge implications in time-pressured circumstances. In this program, a panel consisting of senior federal and state prosecutors, and experienced defense lawyers provide the information and insight to help the in-house lawyer make the right decisions.

The program chair is Peter E. Ball, Sally & Fitch LLP.
