Seminar To Explore Legal Technology

The Pennsylvania Bar Institute (PBI) is planning a CLE seminar titled Linking Technology to Victory in three locations.

The program will take place on Tuesday, December 4 at the PBI Conference Center, 5080 Ritter Road, Mechanicsburg, PA; on Friday, December 14 at the Marriott City Center, 112 Washington Place, Pittsburgh, and on Wednesday, December 19 at the CLE Conference Center, Wanamaker Building, Juniper Street, Philadelphia. Sessions will run from noon to 4:30 p.m.

The faculty for this seminar will teach participants how to: use technology to investigate your case and decide whether you should take it, reject it or refer it; get information online to help build a case - research product recalls, prior medical malpractice claims, criminal histories of parties and witnesses and more; use technology to manage case files; simplify depositions and document collection and retention by use of computers, and increase odds of settling and the amount of settlement by bringing technology to the table.

The course planner is Larry Bendesky, Saltz, Mongeluzzi, Barrett & Bendesky, PC.
