Seminar To Explore Cross-Examination Techniques

The Colorado Bar Association (CBA) is planning a video replay of a CLE seminar titled Advanced Cross-Examination Techniques.

The program will take place on Friday, January 11 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the CLECI Small Classroom, 1900 Grant Street, Denver.

Discussion topics will include: The Only Three Rules of Cross-Examination; Using the Power of Leading Questions; Controlling Witnesses One Fact at a Time; Creating Goal-Oriented Questioning Sequences; The Chapter Method of Cross-Examination; Page Preparation for Cross-Examination; Sequences of Cross-Examination; Loops, Double Loops, Spontaneous Loops, and Controlling the Runaway Witness.

The speakers are Roger J. Dodd, Spohrer and Dodd, and Larry Pozner, Reilly Pozner & Connelly.
