Seminar To Examine Joint Ventures And Strategic Alliances

The Westchester/Connecticut chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel will present a half-day seminar on Joint Ventures: Essential Business & Ethical Trends on Tuesday, May 6 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.It will be held at the Woodway Country Club, Hoyt Street, Darien, Connecticut.

Among the speakers are partners of Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP including Charles Engros, managing partner; Lee Campbill, Senior Manager, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, and Christina Huben, Vice President and Associate General Counsel, Chemtura Corportation.

They will examine the critical business and legal issues associated with joint ventures and strategic alliances. These commercial structures are an increasingly common means to grow business in today's global marketplace but pose a series of complex challenges for the corporate legal team.
