Seminar To Examine E-Commerce

The Pennsylvania Bar Institute (PBI) is offering a CLE seminar titled E-Commerce: Legal and Practical Issues in two locations.

The program will take place on Monday, December 10 at the CLE Conference Center, Wanamaker Building, Juniper Street, Philadelphia, and on Thursday, December 13 at the Marriott City Center, 112 Washington Place, Pittsburgh. Sessions will run from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Discussion topics will include: E-Contracting, Records Management, Privacy, Case Law Update, Intellectual Property, Security - Practical Issues, and Security - Legal Issues.
