The firm of Norris McLaughlin & Marcus, P.A. will co-host a CLE seminar titled Closely Held & Entrepreneurial Business.
The program, co-sponsored by Wilkin & Guttenplan, P.C., an accounting firm, and Pavese-McCormick, an insurance firm, will take place on Wednesday, January 17 from 9 to 11:30 a.m. at the Raritan Valley Country Club, 747 Route 28, Bridgewater, NJ.
The seminar is designed for entrepreneurs and closely held businesses. Attendees will hear discussions on business structure and valuation, ownership transition, and executive compensation and agreements.
