Seminar To Cover Privacy Issues That Affect Businesses

Massachusetts CLE (MCLE) has scheduled a CLE seminar titled Privacy Issues for the Business Lawyer.

The program will take place on Tuesday, January 15 from 1 to 5 p.m. at the MCLE Conference Center, 10 Winter Place, Boston.

Using an interdisciplinary approach, this program presents a broad survey of the rapidly changing laws and regulations on privacy that impact business. The program is intended for business generalists, litigators, and in-house counsel who are not privacy law specialists. Attend this program and learn how to spot privacy issues, minimize risks, and deal with data spills.

The program chair is Kent D.B. Sinclair, Seyfarth Shaw LLP.

For information on program fees for the seminar, see the Bulletin Board on The Metropolitan Corporate Counsel website at www.metrocorpcoun-sel.com.
