Seminar On Federal Court Procedures

The State Bar of Texas will present a CLE seminar titled Federal Court Practice 2008.

The program is scheduled for Friday, May 23 from 8:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. at the Cityplace Conference Center, 2711 North Haskell, Dallas.

Discussion topics will include: Service of Process, Pleadings and Extraordinary Remedies; Jurisdiction, Venue, Removal and Remand; Ethical Practice in the Federal Courts; The Electronic Case Filing System; Dispositive Motions; Local Rules and Word From the Front - Practical Advice and Information From Court Clerks and Briefing Attorneys in the District Courts, and Transitioning From Trial to Appeal and Post Trial Motions.
