The Northeast Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America has scheduled a CLE seminar titled What's Behind Door #3? Avoiding Traps When Buying and Selling Companies.
The program will take place on Thursday, March 29 from 3 to 6 p.m. at the offices of Goodwin Procter LLP, 53 State Street, 2nd Floor, Boston.
