The Colorado Bar Association (CBA) has planned a video replay of its CLE seminar titled Drafting Business Acquisition Documents.
The program will take place on Friday, November 9 from 9 to 11:30 a.m. at the CLECI Small Classroom, 1900 Grant Street, Denver.
The session teaches the fundamentals of drafting LLC, partnership, shareholder, merger and acquisition, employment, and other essential corporate and business legal documents. This year, the course has added an important new program on drafting licensing and information technology documents. Skill at drafting these documents is becoming more important as businesses increase their focus on their intellectual property and information technology assets.
