The Northeast Ohio Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel will present a CLE seminar titled Developments in Shareholder Communications.
The program will take place on Thursday, December 6 from 8 to 10 a.m. at a northeastern Ohio site to be announced.
This seminar will address SEC e-proxy rules, shareholder proposals and shareholder access rules, and director elections.
The speakers will be Gordon S. Kaiser and David A. Zagore, Squire, Sanders & Dempsey LLP.
