Seminar Focus: Representing Small Business

The State Bar of Texas this month will present a CLE seminar titled Representing Small Business.

The program will take place on Thursday and Friday, March 22 and 23 at the Fairmont Hotel, 1717 North Akard Street, Dallas. Sessions will run from 8:45 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. on Thursday and from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Friday.

Speakers will examine topics such as: General Practice Perspective in Representing Small Business; Brave New World: Non-Compete Agreements After Sheshunoff; Keeping Those Key Employees With Incentive Compensation; Primer for Representing Small Business in Buying and Selling Real Estate; What Every Business Lawyer Must Know About Family Law, and What Every Small Business Needs to Know About Insurance.
