The State Bar of Arizona will present a CLE seminar titled The Science of Persuasion.
The program will take place on Friday, February 8 from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Orange Tree Golf Resort, 10601 North 56th Street, Scottsdale, AZ.
Persuasion is considered the core skill in trials, negotiations, motions, briefs and appeals. This seminar is designed to teach participants how to: find how jurors, judges, witnesses and lawyers learn and recall information; recognize which jurors will dominate deliberations; choose the right approach to persuade the hostile juror, judge or lawyer, and acquire techniques of advanced persuasion: the art and science of obtaining results.
The featured speaker is Todd Winegar, a litigator with 30 years of experience who has taught CLE programs throughout the country.
