Seminar Focus: Meeting The Challenge Of Corporate Compliance

The firm of Eversheds LLP, working with two chapters of the Association of Corporate Counsel, has prepared a CLE seminar titled Meeting the Challenges of Corporate Compliance to be presented in two locations.

A program cosponsored by the New Jersey Corporate Counsel Association will take place on Wednesday, October 17 from, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Westminster Hotel, Livingston, NJ.

A program co-sponsored by the Greater New York Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel is scheduled for Thursday, October 18 from 8:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.

Among the topics to be addressed at each program are: How Much Is Enough? Cost and Risk Trade-Offs of Global Compliance & Ethics Programs; Setting Priorities in Global Compliance; Anti-Corruption in Global Compliance Programs; Tools and Technology to Support Global Compliance & Ethics; Cooperating With Legal and Regulatory Enforcement Officials, and Industry Roundtables.
