Seminar Focus: How To Improve Communication, Presentation Skills

The Los Angeles County Bar Association is planning a CLE seminar titled Commanding Presence - Communication & Presentation Skills for Lawyers.

The program is scheduled for Friday, November 30 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the LACBA Conference Center, 281 South Figueroa Street, Los Angeles. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m.

Participants can expect to learn how to: speak with more confidence and authority in business and social environments; quickly prepare memorable, persuasive text; deliver concise and compelling presentations to small and large groups; think on your feet and respond quickly and eloquently to questions and inquiries in meetings, on the telephone and in presentations; establish rapport with different personality types and persuade and influence with integrity, and develop your own individual and natural speaking style.

The presenter will be John Plank, The Personal Performance Group.
