Virginia CLE will present a CLE seminar titled Winning before Trial: 10 Keys to Winning Depositions.
The program will take place on Friday, August 17 from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Waterford at Fair Oaks, 12025 Lee Jackson Memorial Highway, Fairfax, VA.
The session, aimed at both new and experienced attorneys, is designed to help lawyers build rapport with the witness using non-verbal communication; apply the art of advocacy to deposition taking and defending; master the arts of deposition direct and cross-examination; set up a deposition for trial success, and learn the "surgical" approach to deposition taking.
The featured speaker is Dominic Gianna, founding partner of Middleberg, Riddle & Gianna.
