The Colorado Bar Association and the Denver Bar Association this month are jointly preparing a CLE seminar titled Discipline, Documentation and Discharge of Problem Employees.
The program will take place on Thursday, March 29 from 9 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. at the CBA-CLE Classroom, 1900 Grant Street, Denver.
Panelists will cover issues such as: the stages of discipline, performance reviews, making the termination decision, handling the discharge process, documentation, difficult issues in the disciplinary process, and eight ways to get sued.
The featured speaker is Jeff Johnson, founder and president, Midwest Employment Resources.
