Seminar Focus: Developments In Securities Arbitration

The New York City Bar Association is planning a video replay of a CLE seminar titled Securities Arbitration & Mediation Hot Topics 2007: "The" Program for Attorneys, Experts, Arbitrators & Mediators.

The program will take place on Tuesday, December 18 from 9 a.m. to noon at the House of the Association, 42 West 44th Street, New York City.

A faculty of experienced practitioners and the Directors of Dispute Resolution and Arbitration of the NASD and the New York Stock Exchange will examine significant rule changes, decisions and proposals. This program delivers practical suggestions and effective techniques for coping with new rules and recent decisions as well as tested advice on prosecuting and defending securities actions. Interactive audience participation is a key feature of this annual event.
