Seminar Focus: Construction Law

The University of Texas School of Law is offering a CLE seminar titled 2007 Construction Law.

The program will take place on Thursday and Friday, October 11 and 12 at the Belo Mansion, 2101 Ross Avenue, Dallas. Sessions will run from 8:50 a.m. to 5 p.m. on day one and from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on day two.

Panelists will cover issues such as: A Primer on Delivery Systems and Corresponding Contract Forms; Insuring the Construction Project: Drafting Strategies, Risk Management Considerations, and Insurance Options; Employment Law, Labor Law, and Immigration Issues on Construction Projects; Construction Permits: Rights and Obligations; 2007 Construction Law Legislative Update; Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution Options for Construction Disputes, and E-Discovery; A Guide for Construction Litigation.
