Seminar Focus: Construction Contracts

The State Bar of Arizona this month is planning a CLE seminar titled What Happens When a Construction Owner Fails to Perform Its Contractual Obligations?

The program will take place on Thursday, February 15 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., at the Orange Tree Golf Resort, 10601 North 56th Street, Scottsdale, AZ.

The seminar's faculty of experienced construction lawyers will use the Zancanaro v. Cross decision as a springboard to discuss, analyze and develop the issues raised by that decision. This seminar should be beneficial for newer and more experienced construction law practitioners because of the broad range of topics being considered.

Among the speakers are Michael Holden, Holden Brodman PLC; Richard Friedlander, Mariscal Weeks McIntyre & Friedlander PA; Stephen E. Jackson, Warner Angle & Hallam Jackson & Formanek, and Robert F. Ross, Lewis and Roca LLP.

For details on CLE credits and program fees, see the Bulletin Board on The Metropolitan Corporate Counsel website at www.metrocorpcounsel.com.
