Seminar Focus: Connecticut Civil Practice

The Connecticut Bar Association (CBA) will present a CLE seminar titled Practice, Procedure, and Protocol in Connecticut Civil Courts.

The program will take place on Thursday, January 25 from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the CBA Law Center, 30 Bank Street, New Britain, CT.

From the basic issues to the intricate ones, this program will cover the full spectrum of Connecticut Civil Practice. Attendees will learn everything from how to use the Practice Book to the order of pleadings in filing a case to the unwritten rules and practice of civil procedure. Discussion topics will include: Notice, Service, and Organizing your File; Complaints and Pleadings (First and Revised), and Production, Motions, and E-filing.
