The State Bar of Texas is offering a video replay of a CLE seminar titled Texas Business Organizations: Choice of Entity and Formation.
The program will take place on Friday, July 13 from 8:15 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. at the Holiday Inn Select, 2712 Southwest Freeway, Houston.
The program examines the factors in choosing and organizing the proper entity, whether it be a general partnership, registered limited liability partnership, limited partnership, limited liability company or corporation, focusing on changes resulting from the Texas Business Organizations Code that became effective January 1, 2006 and the Margin Tax.
